• Quick tips and Tools for Symptom Relief

I get asked questions. Lots and lots of questions. And often they are similar in nature. So I have created a YouTube channel, called Therapeutically Aligned, where I share tips and tools anyone can use and potentially find symptom relief with.

I also have a podcast series on the channel where I interview other clinicians and (hopefully) help others to understand what goes on in the therapist's mind. I have found that there are many misconceptions and misunderstandings about the work therapist do, why they do it and how much time and effort the role requires. My hope is to pull back the curtain a bit and introduce the world to some of the talented and dedicated clinicians out there.
